Welcome to the GEM Network app (“the App”), operated by Global Exclusive Movers (“GEM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our members directory application.

2. Who This App Is For

The GEM Network app is a private members directory exclusively for authorised members of the Global Exclusive Movers network. It is not available to the general public. Access is granted solely by GEM administrators.

We collect the following information from members:

• Full name — to identify you in the directory
• Job title — to describe your role within your company
• Company name — to identify your organisation
• City and country — to show your location in the directory
• Email address — for login and member contact purposes
• Phone number — optional, displayed in your profile
• WhatsApp number — optional, displayed in your profile
• Profile photo — optional, displayed in your profile
• Device identifiers — collected automatically to manage your login session
• App interaction data — collected automatically to keep the app functioning
• Crash logs — collected automatically to identify and fix technical issues

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• To provide access to the GEM Network members directory
• To allow other GEM members to search for and contact you
• To manage your account and login session
• To display your profile information to other authorised members
• To improve app performance and fix technical issues

5. Who Can See Your Information

Your profile information including your name, job title, company, city, country, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number and profile photo is visible to all authorised GEM Network members within the app.

Your information is not shared with any third parties, advertisers or organisations outside of the GEM Network.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely by Adalo, our app development platform, and is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Adalo’s privacy policy can be found at adalo.com/privacy-policy.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

7. Your Rights

As a GEM Network member you have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in the app
• Edit your own profile information at any time through the My Profile screen
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address below
• Withdraw consent for your data to be stored by requesting account deletion
